We do take extensive care in packaging our products before shipping, however we understand damages may occur in transit. If you have received an order you believe has been damaged, please follow the following steps;
1. Contact us and let us know you have received a damaged product.
2. We will require images to be emailed of the damage, it is helpful to include images of the damaged product and any damaged packaging.
3. Once we receive your images, we will contact you on how we can resolve the issue.
