If you have ordered multiple items, we may have consolidated them into one carton. So if you think you have not received part of your order please check the whole carton.
For smaller items like our vinyl numbers we may place these in your invoice enclosed docket for safe packaging, which can be found on the outer carton.
If your consignment/tracking number displays two cartons and you have received only one, please contact us. Orders are sometimes split, and cartons delivered separately, and we can advise delivery time of your next carton.
